KYOCERA Document Solutions bets on Evalanche once again. International rollout in over 17 countries.
After KYOCERA Document Solutions, Germany, had successfully made use of Evalanche for e-mail marketing back in 2006, the company, in search of an e-mail marketing tool that would be uniform across the group for the EMEA region, has once again relied on Evalanche.
Its 33 different clients in over 17 countries, with a total of 15 languages, are represented on multilingual and multivariate master templates that draw on corresponding central language and data containers. This offers the advantage of being able to work with a single template. The editor can directly select the setting for the respective language or variant when creating the template, which is then loaded “on the fly”. This considerably facilitates the work of editors and administrators. Special extra challenges faced during the ambitious rollout project included the change of name from KYOCERA MITA to KYOCERA Document Solutions and the introduction of a new corporate design standard.
Gönül Erdogan, marketing communications manager Europe at Kyocera Document Solutions and project manager for the rollout describes her experience as follows: “It was indeed a very comprehensive and complex project with the many exceptions and distinctive features of the KYOCERA branches spread across in 17 countries. We were able to manage our various challenges quite well with the help of the e-mail marketing solution by SC-Networks and can now explore new paths in targeted marketing.”
