VI Hotels uses EVALANCHE for its high-quality communications with guests.

The hotel management company Vienna International chose EVALANCHE after searching for a solution to update its e-mail marketing strategy. The key reasons for this were – in addition to the innovative features and ease of use – the multi-client support in EVALANCHE with clearly defined access rights and workspaces for hotels in ten European countries.

Sabine Maschler, PR & marketing expert at the VI Hotels headquarters in Vienna, comments on what the company was looking for: “Multi-client and multiple language support are a must for us because we work with many hotels in Europe. Here it is essential to set up a number of clients independently because our locations are operated separately. For each client, different users can then be set up and configured with different access rights. To improve organisation, there are different workspaces clearly separated from one another. It also makes us completely independent when it comes to system management.”

Vienna International Hotels & Resorts uses e-mail marketing to send out information about the company’s special offers, campaigns and news to guests and business partners. “EVALANCHE makes the day to day tasks straightforward and intuitive,” says Sabine Maschler. “And if we have problems using the software, there is a competent and speedy support service to assist us – even for everyday types of inquiries.”
